There are four different unit layout types available in ARIA Luxury Residence, spreading across two towers with total 45 floors above-ground each. There are 598 residential units in this freehold luxury serviced residence with the lowest units starting from 8th floor onwards up to highest units at 43rd floor. Level G, 7, 43 and 45 are utilized for common facilities whilst Level B, LG and 1 to 6 are for parking bays. Units with less than 1,000 square feet are allocated 1 parking bay each by default while remaining units are allocated 2 parking bay each. At launch, price per square foot starts from a minimum of RM1,500 with maintenance fee of RM0.45-RM0.50 per square foot.

This unique freehold development consists of 4 different unit types, namely Type A, Type B, Type C and Type D. Type A unit consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with the built-up area of 630 square feet. Type B comes with 1 bedroom + study room and 1 bathroom with the built-up area of 753 square feet.
